CLE Science 4 LightUnits 401-405
These five Science 4 LightUnits provide a total of 80 lessons, including quizzes and tests. The LightUnits provide exercises for students to complete based on the Science 4 textbook. Each LightUnit includes two quizzes and a test that should be removed from the LightUnit before the student begins working in it. The quizzes are perforated sheets in the back of the LightUnit, and the test is stapled in the center of the LightUnit.
CLE Science 4 Teacher’s Guide
This Teacher’s Guide includes teaching plans, answers to textbook questions, and a flash drive with resource materials. It also features pages from the Science 4 textbook displayed at a reduced size. It does not include answers to LightUnit exercises; those are available in separate answer keys. Daily lesson objectives and teaching plans enable teachers to teach the course with minimal preparation time. Each day’s plan includes oral review and discussion questions. Many lessons feature a graphic organizer that helps students organize key points from the text. The Teacher’s Guide also includes optional classroom activities and experiments to enrich the lesson. The accompanying digital resource flash drive provides printable graphic organizers, experiment charts, review games and activities, and alternate LightUnit tests.
CLE Science 4 Textbook
This Science 4 textbook introduces students to the wonder and the intricacies of the natural world. Its five units cover animals, plants, the earth and its atmosphere, matter, force, friction, energy, heat, sound, light, magnetism, and electricity. Student exercises are provided in LightUnits (purchased separately).
